Sealed tenders are invited from GST/IT registered firms/suppliers/manufacturers/ distributor/authorized dealers for supply of following laboratory equipment:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Interested parties may submit their sealed cover bids marked on envelope “For Purchase of above mentioned Items” in Pak Rupees inclusive of all taxes and transportation fordelivery at the GSP Divisional Office, Nazaria-e-Pakistan Road, Finance & Trade Centre, Johar Town, Lahore.
• 2.5% Bid Security in terms of Draft/Pay order in favor of the Director General, Geological Survey of Pakistan, Quetta should accompany the bids.
• In accordance with the PPRA rules, the bids should comprise a single package containing two separate envelopes. One envelope shall contain separately the Financial Proposal and the other will contain Technical Proposal. In accordance with the PPRA rules, initially, only the envelope marked “Technical Proposal” shall be opened and the envelope marked as “Financial Proposal” shall be retained as per PPRA rules.
• The bids should be unconditionally valid for 120 days and also accompany with copies of valid Income Tax, GST Registration Certificates, should have the certified authority for supply of instruments from manufacturers or Sole Distribution/Dealership/Authorization certificates etc.
• The selection would be based on the technical evaluation/assessment of the best package /configuration and therefore would not be constrained for acceptance of necessarily the lowest offer after technical scrutiny.
• The payment will be made after total supply of equipment complete in all respect and inspection/acceptance by the Technical Evaluation Committee.
• No escalation charges shall be paid to the firm to whom work will be awarded.
• The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders or change quantity as per PPRA Rules.

Tender documents/Specifications can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs.2000/- (Non Refundable) through DD/Pay Order in favor of Director General, Geological Survey of Pakistan, during office hours on working days.
