Interested parties should submit their bids
in cover marked on envelope in
Pak Rupees indicating unit price
inclusive of all taxes C&F/FOR Quetta along with an amount of 3% earnest
money in shape of call deposit in the name of Director General,
Geological Survey of Pakistan, Quetta. The bids should be unconditional and
valid for 120 days and also accompany with copies of Income Tax, Sale Tax
registration and the approximate time of delivery. The bids will be received up
to 02/02/2009 by 11.00 am and will be opened on the same day in the presence of
the interested parties or their representatives at 11.45 a.m. The Competent Authority reserves the right to
accept or reject any/all bid partly or totally, reduce or increase the
quantity.
