TENDER NOTICE

Sealed quotation are invited from GST/IT register firms/suppliers/manufacturers/ Assemblers as per specifications, quantity, terms & conditions etc., mentioned in the tender documents, which can be obtained from the office of Director GSP, Islamabad during office hours. Tender documents can also be downloaded from www.gsp.gov.pk and www.ppra.gov.pk

Interested parties should submit their bids in close covers marked for item in Pak rupees inclusive of all taxes ( i.e. GST/ I. Tax/ WH. Tax etc.) with 2.5% earnest money in shape of Draft/Pay order in the name of Director General, Geological Survey of Pakistan, Quetta. The bids will be received in Director Office up to 23-4-2009 by 11.00 a.m. and will be opened on the same day at 11.30 a.m. in the presence of the interested parties or their representative. Financial Bids of only technical qualifying bidders will be opened on Thursday 23-04-2009 at 1400 hours.

The bids will be received up to 06^th April,2009 by 11:00 am and will be opened on the same day in the presence of the interested parties or their representative at 11:30 a.m.

The competent authority reserves the right to fully or partially accept or reject any/all bids, partly or totally reduce or increase the quantity of items or annual the entire bidding process at any time and competent authority shall on request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the ground for its rejection, but is not required to justify those grounds.
