TENDER NOTICE FOR PURCHASE OF I.T EQUIPMENT

 

Sealed tenders are invited from GST/IT Registered Firms/Suppliers/Manufacturers/ Assemblers for supply of following I.T equipment to Geological Survey of Pakistan Islamabad, as per specification and terms mentioned below:

Interested parties should submit their technical and financial bids in close, separate covers marked on envelope for purchase of above mentioned items in Pak rupees inclusive of all taxes ( i.e. GST/ I. Tax/ WH. Tax etc.). With holding tax will be deducted as per Government rules from the bill/invoice at source, C&F/F.O.R .Islamabad along with 2.5% earnest money in the shape of Draft/Pay order in the name of Director, GSP, Islamabad. The bids should be unconditional, valid for 120 days and also accompany with copies of I. Tax. GST registration certificates etc, valid up to 30th June,2009 and Distribution/Dealership Certificate and should have the certified authority for supply of above mentioned items from the manufacturer or sole distributor. The quotations should be accompanied with Brochures. Specifications and Guide books etc. After sale service facilities and earliest time of delivery and warranty for, at least one year for replacement of parts, and services free of any charge at the stations mentioned above. After receiving the supply order, the supplier should complete the order with in 15 days and delivery will be made at GSP, H-8 office, Islamabad.

 

The bids will be received up to 11th April, 2009 by 11:00 am and Technical Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of the interested parties or their representatives at 11:30 a.m.

 

The competent authority i.e. Director General, GSP, reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids partly without assigning any reason, reduce or increase the quantity according to the needs of the department and not necessarily accept lowest tender on technical grounds etc.
